SHIPPING POLICY
Orders for in-stock items are usually processed the same day however it may take up to 48 hours to be processed. Orders are not processed on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. HoDooShop will strive to have your order to you according to your chosen shipping method, but issues may arise beyond our control that can delay the actual delivery date. Shipping or delivery may be impacted by COVID-19.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept a return on all qualified items. You may request to return merchandise within 7days of receiving your order. All returns must comply with our return policy stated within. All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unused, unwashed original packaging included.
REFUND POLICY
Once we receive your item along with a receipt, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), and you will receive the credit within a timeline dependent on your card issuer's policies. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing of your refund.
